They emailed me letting me know they were waiting on my local FFL. They emailed me when a shipping label was issued. They emailed me when my order shipped. They emailed me when the shotgun arrived at FFL. They followed up after I picked it up making sure that I was completely satisfied. I had one issue, and said so.
