It was very difficult to communicate with them and it was only by email. They promised to upload all the products but I ended up having to do it myself. There were a multitude of promises that were not delivered. Their optimization promises are a joke. I had 0 sales after they messed up my store. MOST IMPORTANTLY--their Money Back Guarantee is a SCAM. I don't know how they get away with it but 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is supposed mean they give you your money back because you're not satisfied with their services. They have a clause behind the scenes that has restrictions to the guarantee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Total rip off I purchased the platinum plus package to have a fully done for me Shopify store. All I received was a new theme. No product research, no audience research, no copywriting, no SEO... Nothing! And when I asked for a resolution they claimed that the work was done and their refund policy does not accommodate partial refund at all. Buyer beware! PayPal sided with them as well, do NOT do business with this company!
