He brings out the best in his students, in both their tennis skills and attitude. We could go to a coach much closer to home, but we drive 45 minutes to attend camp and lessons with Coach Michael . For us it is definitely worth the trip!

Experienced and Personable Coach Michael is personable, firm, and motivating. I am now 32 and still keep in touch with him. My foundation in tennis is all thanks to him. I started taking lessons from him when I was 8. I went off to compete in USTA tournaments all throughout juniors and was ranked as high as 11th in Texas for an age bracket. I was also ranked nationally. Subsequently, I continued playing all four years for a Division I school, where I helped secure the conference title my junior year. From my perspective, Coach Michael continues to grow future successful tennis players.
