Bought online a table tennis 10 days… Bought online a table tennis 10 days ago. The day I bought it the payment was not going through, so the store got in touch with me, and everything was sorted very quick, although was a Saturday afternoon. Once payment confirmed, they emailed me to confirm delivery will be 3-5 working days. Since then, I haven't heard anything, item not delivered, all my attempts to contact them were without success. No response to my emails anymore, tried to contact them on the number provided on their website and number it's not recognised- so they have a fake contact number on their website I have checked first trustpilot reviews for this shop before placing the order and I was happy as very good reviews. Then, when I saw how quick they answer and sort out things, I trusted them. Now, I am confused, as I am the second person today to say that item hasn't been delivered and is no way to contact them. Are they scam? And if they are how come they got away with it and have so many excelent reviews on trustpilot?

Excellent service Excellent service. I highly recommend. Got a poorly made table shipped to us directly from China. The store gave us a full refund and then got us an acceptable and reduced price table. Very professional.

This company does not update their… This company does not update their database of goods ontime. The company charged money upfront. The company did not have the ordered product and did not fulfill the order. The company did not return money back immediately.
