GBpackages were delivered damaged and left in the rain We shipped 3 items and each item arrived 3 different days. One suitcase zipper was damaged and the suitcase was a completely open when it arrived. We contacted customer service for a claim but they told us that any protruding part is not covered. Zipper is not protruding part of suitcase and it also doesn’t zipper as an example of non covered part. Also a box arrived and it was delivered to the front porch and it was pouring and the box was left in the rain and it was soaked. By the way you handled about the damaged zipper on the suitcase, we didn’t bother making a claim on the soaked wet box.

GBGreat experience! Cheaper and more convenient than any others option I found and delivered 3 days earlier than expected. My tip for last-minute luggage shipping is to leave the airport luggage tag on it and used packing tape to securely attached the FedEx label to that tag, rather than trying to find a zip tie and label holder.
