With HOUFY, I can manage my calendar(s), set my rates, send quotes, offer coupon codes, establish rules, and screen my guests. The big OTA platforms do NOT offer all these options - they actually restrict my control of almost all of these features. The big OTA platforms also charge my guests and me expensive fees for the "honor" to be listed on their sites. The "cost" to list your property with HOUFY is crazy affordable. HOUFY's support is unmatched. Every single question has been answered directly and quickly by the programmers themselves. They regularly solicit feedback and suggestions on how best to meet our needs. HOUFY is BY FAR the best.

I'd rate it 10 stars if I could. I believe I've had well over 100 bookings thus far. I do promote Houfy, but most of my business is from organic finds by my guests. Houfy is enabling my guests to have extra spending money to support our local businesses, contributing positively in the context of tourism.
