Very Nice Pros: Customer service- Jennifer and company were great. Location. Cleanliness. Spacious. Cons: For reference, I'm almost 6'2" and 243 Lbs. I lived in the residence for almost a month. Bed in master bedroom was to small (Queen). TV in living room was too small, around 40inches. The living room is huge so you're sitting a good distance from the TV. Ironing board was small, made ironing my clothes a harder task.

StaySojo was very accommodating, but... StaySojo was very accommodating and quick responding when something would happen. The furniture and items provided were perfect and very helpful. I realize that this is out of StaySojo's hands, but the Premier Loft facilities itself were sub-par. It was rather gross having to walk to the elevator behind the Thumbs Up kitchen. The concrete was slick as they had poor disposal of their cleaning materials and it always wreaked of bad food.

Making Things Turn Out Right… Mainsail does a great job as a corporate entity. However, when it comes to housing relocation, the probability of something going wrong is always directly proportional to a person's need to have everything go right. After a year of using Mainsail for temporary living needs in Richmond, VA, I can safely say that your team of Renee, Melissa, Sarah and Jesus are at their best when everything doesn't go as planned (or how they set it up). They do what's needed and more to make it work for their client. That's all you can ask for. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our apartment with… We really enjoyed our apartment with many extras provided by Sojo. They included laundry detergent, hand soap, fluffy towels and cutlery and cooking utensils. When there was a plumbing issue help arrived quickly. We would gladly stay again!!
