The entire process with Home Exchage…First exchange was a breeze! The entire process with Home Exchange has been wonderful! This was our first exchange and it went smoothly because of the ease of the website, a clear way to communicate with our guests, and easy access to answer any questions we have. I like the way the calendar is set up and the pre approval process! I also greatly appreciate the guidance from our guests, as they have done many exchanges before. I feel as though there is a real sense of community among the Home Exchange group so that everyone is willing to help so that the exchange be successful!

Malaga and Cadiz succes The Home-exchange service made our current trip to Andalusia so much more interesting. We connected with Spanish individuals that are letting out their second homes as we do in our native Iceland. Meaning that they are just as used to catering to travellers as we are. It was interesting to compare this relatively high standard with a few midrange hotels we visited as well.

Positive Experience So far it's been great. I do get a large number of emails from people for dates that aren't open on my calendar so it can be time consuming. I do get emails from home exchange prompting me to reply. Not all emails warrant a reply as some are just saying they are no longer coming or found another place.

Tips for improvement I like the idea! The site and the app are good but can be improved. Suggestions: In a reciprocal exchange shoul be possible agree and change the data and the number of persons more easily without cancellation. The apartment chosen must be more evident in the message and the city or country of a proposal of reciprocal exchange should be shown in the first message. Should be easier to decide that an exchange could be without gp. The calendar could be more clear. The caracter dimension should be bigger or adjustable. This to help.. some tips could be copied also from Airbnb program and app. But i am a fan of your app!! ❤️

First two exchanges… We initiated our first two exchanges simultaneously: Abigail and her family visited our home using GP points, while Carmen and I utilized the same points to spend one month at Claude’s apartment in Paris. Both parties were delightful to get to know, and they have since become friends of ours.
