GBOriginally we purchased at our home… Originally we purchased at our home resort of Grand Vista for a few reasons, we had family in the general vicinity and knew that we’d be vacationing in the Orlando area yearly and it would definitely defray the cost of finding hotel lodging. We also had a young child at the time and the location was perfect for all the local Orlando attractions. Our son loved Sea World so we would go there every year because we have the lock-off room. The location was close enough to all we would want to do yet still have the serene quiet atmosphere of the private resort with great amenities. The hot Florida sun sometimes takes you by surprise and it was nice to have “downtime” to just relax in a homey setting and not feel like you were in a confining hotel setting. Grand Vista was by far one of our favorite resorts in the Marriott vacation club system.

GBFirst timer. So far so good! So far, so good! My first time using RedWeek. Booking went smoothly, when I had a couple questions, I called and almost immediately talked to an actual person who was super helpful. The emails sent kept me updated every step of the way from my booking request to finalizing the booking. We leave for Maui tomorrow so hopefully everything goes well at check in. I will post another review upon departure.

GBFirst Time Redweek User - Success! This was my first time using Redweek. The process was simple, the updates were frequent and complete, all my questions were thoroughly answered and I’m now booked! Our extended family had originally booked 2 separate rooms through a different hotel, when Redweek was recommended by a friend. We’re now booked in a 3 bedroom suite, altogether, and very much looking forward to this vacation. Even with the Redweek booking fee we’re saving a bit of money, and definitely getting nicer accomodations. Thank you!

GBI’m a natural skeptic, but RedWeek’s helpful rental experience was perfect! I was skeptical about renting a timeshare, how to avoid being ripped off for the rental fee, how to get the rental as advertised, and not be left holding my luggage on check-in day. Then I discovered RedWeek, I already own a week at Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club and wanted a second week for this year. I found the week following my week’s reservation, noting RedWeek’s management option for rentals gave me the confidence to rent our second week. Working through RedWeek with the renter was effortless, secure, and managed the rental payment. Everything was executed to the schedule RedWeek had explained and I have a confirmation from Marriott Surf Club just like my owner's confirmation. All that is left is booking airfare and making plans. Thank you RedWeek for this rental and I am confident in your help with future rentals.
