GBThe apartment was immaculate The apartment was immaculate. They responded immediately when called with an issue. I was disappointed that the couch bed was unusable when I said I would be needing it for medical help. Had to buy a blow up bed for my help. I paid a huge rent so I expected the bed to be available… I made it clear it was mandatory!

GBSeamless Move-in It was seamless to rent the apartment. The process from signing papers to actually moving in was done with such ease and was headache free. I loved that anything I needed was already in the apartment (which included a potato peeler).

CAWe stayed in a one bedroom apartment in… We stayed in a one bedroom apartment in mid town Manhattan for a month in the fall off 2023. The apartment was clean, well appointed and had all the modern conveniences we could expect. Furnished Quarters even replaced the old (fraying) couch with a brand new onewithin a couple of days of our arrival - before we had even mentioned it. We were very happy with our accommodations and we'd certainly use Furnished Quarters again.
The Marks
GBToo many issues with the apartment we rented. Most of the employees are very nice people. The problems were not responding right away to issues that arose. The bed was not comfortable, the freezer was iced over and the fridge was a dorm fridge, no screen on the window, dead rodent smell, no oven in the apartment, no desk and chair, knives not sharp, can opener broken, mirror in bathroom installed backwards so unable to use it to style your hair. Plusses were: plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows, the apartment was very clean, the heat was adequate, the entry codes worked properly (except we got locked out a day early, which they quickly resolved). I complained early Monday, after our weekend check in. They did not respond for two weeks and because they don't send emails that say Furnished Quarters but instead their names, I did not see the email with the offer to move us to a new apartment until our last few days there.

GBNo value for money The appartement was dated, small and some basis stuff was broken. Windows couldn’t close, AC very noisy and washing machines very poor. Solutions by furnished quarters are nice tries but cheap attempts at a fix and in the end not near value for money. As a purchaser for company housing I would seriously question the price/quality and challenge the offerings.
