Great Job Great Job! I decided to go for the gusto and get the Lifetime plan, even tho I've yet to use this service. I was accidentally double-charged. The matter was remedied with a personal email lickety-split before I reached out to address it myself. Although, I never want a delayed flight. I hope this truly is an awesome way to survive if it happens, Good work.

My first experience with using this… My first experience with using this service was not good ! I experienced a flight delay Sept 8th ,However it wouldn’t allow me to obtain a lounge pass because it stated the date was prior to the date in hellovacay system which was the 9thSeptember . This of course is going to be a problem because I fly international all the time and of course there’s gonna be a time difference even in the states .

It works!… Excellent! Except for a few minor issues (1&2). A variety of drinks were readily available. Minimal food/snacks because I was notified at 8:30pm and they close at 9pm. The company’s communication was prompt, they emailed coupons immediately after my flight was delayed by 1 hr. What could you do better: 1. Close later eg 10pm. 2. Train staff to be courteous and respectful to all patrons equally. Paola at Orlando Club on 9/1 was bad mouthing a member at the bar because he wanted a non alcoholic drink and he repeated himself (non English speaking). She was making fun of him. This was in poor taste.

Thank you, HelloVacay! HelloVacay makes me look forward to long layovers! I was amazed when I got to experience the relaxing, quiet lounge with all of its terrific amenities instead of spending endless hours at my stress-filled, crowded gate.
