It was a good experience doing business… It was a good experience doing business with Jamaican Treasures. The process and administration was excellent. An area of improvement is the conceige services. My assigned person was not very helpful finding something for ambled body senior people to do. I was encouraged to go on line and find something to do for myself and pay direct. I also had a problem with the so called one tank of Free gas per weekly van rental. I was forced to buy another tank full of gas since we did use more than one tank, since we mostly stayed at the villa. When I brought this issue to management they did Not reimburse me.

Amazing experience Amazing experience! We had a wonderful vacation at Dreamtime Villa. The butler, chef and driver took care of our every need. By the time we left, we had gotten to know each other well, and they felt like members of our family. The Jamaican Treasures staff also made sure we had a flawless trip. They answered all of my questions and assisted me in making changes to our reservation, booking spa appointments and more. I absolutely recommend them!

The time at the villa was incredible The time at the villa was incredible, great staff and truly made our vacation. My only concern was the morning of arrival, the local lady took my call about what time we could check in and she never called back until the following day - somewhat mute at that point.

All staff very helpful All staff very helpful. This was our first (of many) villa vacations, I appreciated the rapid responses to the numerous questions I had. Stephanie, Patricia, Lisa, thank you! The website was very easy to use and filter to find the ideal villa. Staff additionally went above and beyond when villa was not available for duration of stay. As a result we were able to experience to Villas, which was amazing. Both Allamanda and Good Hope were beyond expectations, memories of a lifetime.

Mai Tai Vill - winter "18" My family of 7 stayed at Mai Tai Villa in Silver sands this past February, 2018. We booked our stay thru Jamaican Treasures and I must say it was a truly unforgettable experience. JT's guidance and communication was first rate. Our accommodations were fabulous and only surpassed by the service of the most wonderful staff that was Andrew, Judith, and Rosie. I really can't say enough good things and hope to go back in the very near future. All the best, D Steward
