Suite Home was an excellent place for our temporary living. Suite Home was an excellent place for my kids and I to stay while my husband was at Northwestern Hospital and Shirley Ryan Ability Lab recovery from covid. I couldn't have asked for a better place for us to live temporarily in another state. The staff were very helpful and caring. We had absolutely no issues while living there. The apartment was well furnished and we didn't have to bring much from our MI home. It was bittersweet leaving the beautiful city view we had!

Perfect experience We rented an apartment in the Loop for 5 weeks while we were renovating our apartment. After looking at airbnbs and other corporate housing options, we were so happy that we went with Suite Home Chicago. Their team is very communicative and the apartment was great (fully stocked, nicely furnished). It's nice to have real people on the other side of things, and not just bots and automated responses. Everything was super easy! Highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodations Wonderful accommodations! My suite at the Aqua was very spacious and provided all the essentials needed to make my stay feel like home. The beds were very comfortable and they provided a variety of pillow choices which is a bonus to a good nights sleep. The suite was also very quiet. The location of Aqua was perfect walking distance to restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment.

Would definitely stay again Our experience with Suite Home should be divided into two parts: the pre-move in process (awful) and the post move-in process (wonderful). The sales reps were hard to get answers from, kept getting dates and dollar amounts confused, and hadn't even communicated to the building that we were moving in when we showed up to get our keys. However, once we got in, the place was clean and had everything we needed and the staff was very responsive to questions and concerns. We would use Suite Home again, in an instant, with the understanding that the "front of the house" just isn't so great.

My Aqua 2 bedroom suite had everything… My Aqua 2 bedroom suite had everything from washer and dryer to large closets to very comfortable bed and bedding. The corner unit had wrap around windows and balcony which were spectacular. Workout facility was amazing and enjoyed the jacuzzi. Great location and anyone that stays there will be very pleased.
