First class experience First class experience. Property management is excellent and super attentive. Villa was very clean with excellent amenities. Villa pool is amazing with wonderful view over the bay. Centrally located with easy access to the beaches and to restaurants in town. Clubhouse just started food and drink service and was very convenient for a quick pizza when we didn’t want to go out after a long day on the water. Highly recommend! We will be coming back!

Loved staying here This was our first visit to the island. The unit was beautiful, and the view was even better. Carly was there to greet us and make sure we got in settled, and reviewed the layout with us and answered all questions we had. She was very helpful. The area is very well maintained and the staff there is friendly and helpful. This certainly helped make our St. John experience a memorable one and I'm glad we stayed at The Hills.

This place was fantastic! This place was fantastic. Clean, beautiful comfortable, wonderful full kitchen and great view of the bay. We also ate at the new club lounge on it’s “soft opening”. The food and drinks were fantastic. The pool and fitness room were very nice. We didn’t use them much even tho it was literally right next door. Our condo supplied us with 2 nice coolers and some snorkeling equipment, so we spent most of our days exploring beaches. We would love to stay in this unit again.

The booking was easy and my emails were… The booking was easy and my emails were answered promptly. The villa and surrounding complex really needs some updating and I felt the pics were misleading. The villa is very minimally provisioned. No wine opener, 4 spoons, very basic kitchen items, etc. No rugs anywhere in the villa, minimal towels and beach towels for us. We had 6 towels for the family of 5. The pool area needs updated and landscaping was poorly maintained. Enough room for all of us, but not the nicest places I’ve stayed in St. John. Wouldn’t rent it again.
