Very Happy with our Freedom Yurt Cabin We bought 2 25" Freedom Yurt Cabin kits. So far we have put up one kit and were pleasantly surprised at how smooth of a process it was! We truly did have it up in 4 days with 2-4 people helping each day. We now have it nearly finished and are so impressed with how beautiful of a space it is! We have been showing it off to friends and family and everyone is very complimentary. We actually are looking forward to putting up the second yurt! We plan to rent these on Airbnb and also use them for retreats for our business (Hope Anew). We are located in Ohio, so we took advantage of the insulation package that FY offers and will know more this winter how that pans out.

Although we have yet to start building… Although we have yet to start building (2 weeks we hope), we had all positive experience with great customer service and high quality construction. We look forward to sharing pictures of our build/finished product

Freedom yurt cabins are the answer to… Freedom yurt cabins are the answer to anyone who wants a yurt but is not a fan of the usual lattice wall and tent setup. Freedom yurt cabins come totally ready to put up with ease, if you have a little know how, and a couple of friends. We have ours up and are currently working on the inside flooring and decor. We couldn’t be happier with the product and the people/product support!

June 2021 delivery June 2021 delivery: Successful 5 days to complete 18 panel yurt with 6 people Great instructions!!!! Completed floor insulation within two weeks which was hard and tricky. once I finally screwed the 3/4 inch plywood floor down there was unevenness at the joints due to warping of the 2x6 floor joists. needed to have a flooring guy sand the high points in the floor before I could lay down premium vinyl, bummer, but turned out fine. now one year later the floor is still a bit uneven, but okay in a general way. Still not completely satisfied with the floor to my high standard. One year and one winter later the valance is drooping in MANY areas around the top. Very difficult to keep the valence from drooping and wished that there was a better way to keep it in place. Am thinking of solutions and none are obvious. Window caps to keep the rain off the window have been ordered as this is simply an annoyance, but a real one. Overall, I am very pleased as the interior is beautiful and the comfort level inside is very nice.

Very happy to have such a solid structure in a high alpine windy environment. More impressive than the structure itself is the team at Freedom Yurt Cabins. It is not often you find a company in this day and age with every employee that I have encountered having a genuine pride in what they do and in the product they provide to their customers. The structure is amazing but if you truly want to work with a company that cares about their product and customers it is the entire team at Freedom Yurt Cabins!
