My favorite cabin was 50% off this… My favorite cabin was 50% off this Christmas. We booked immediately but got the call this morning that it was too good to be true. The company called it a glitch in the system. We will be refunded since this is our only cabin pick. Don't fall for this scam! I'm done with American Patriot. Annual Vacation Spot We stay in one of American Patriot Getaway Cabins every year for vacation. We are always very pleased with how clean the cabin is and the ease of checking in/out. I absolutely love that there are plenty of pictures of the cabin along with the layout. This is very useful as we bring our whole family with us and try to pre-plan which bedrooms everyone will be in (this saves lots of arguments upon arrival). We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great get-away.

We stayed at Bearadise4us which was… We stayed at Bearadise4us which was listed as a luxury cabin. Hot tub had green growing on the cover, the grill was unusable and standing in a tray of grease. The screen on the porch was ripped letting insects in. The cabin itself was dusty, carpets stained both upstairs and down. Toilets had rust stains. mattresses and couches were worn an uncomfortable. Tv service needs to be upgraded. Does this sound like Luxury to you???

Excellent Customer Service!! We had a great experience using American Patriot Getaways. The customer service is top notch. I had booked a cabin that wasn’t going to meet our needs, so I called and the guy I talked to was extremely nice and said that it wasn’t a problem at all and we were able to swap to another cabin in less than 5 minutes and had the cabin we needed for the same price. I was shocked at how easy and fast it was to swap cabins, I was actually dreading calling them expecting to be told that I couldn’t swap, but that wasn’t the case. The check in process was so simple as was the booking process thru their website. Our cabin was in a beautiful area that was convenient to everything we had planned to do. We will definitely use them again and will gladly refer them to anyone needing to find a cabin in the smokies.

The cabin was perfect! The cabin was perfect!! From having everything needed on a vacation to the incredible view, we hope to stay here every visit to Gatlinburg! Just minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Clean, spacious, all around perfect.
