5 Star “almost heaven” rental and service 2nd year renting Mediterranea C507 from 360 Blue. Truly one of our best condo rental experiences ever. (This from a couple who owned a penthouse beach front condo in Maui for 20 years - we be quite picky!) We hope to be back and back and back. 360 Blue was so easy to deal with from reservations, to check in, to small maintenance issue, to amenities they provided - professional, responsive and top quality rental! Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. We just checked into our property in WaterColor after booking online in June. We have six people in our family, but apparently when booking through my phone I entered 3 guests. 360 provided three bracelets but will refuse to give us three more for the rest of my family. There is no additional cost in booking so I paid thousands of dollars for this house but my family can't go to the beach. We love the beach area but I would hughly recommend you book through another service. We will return but never book through or work with 360 Blue again

Clean beautiful beachfront condo. Lost Shaker of Salt is a beautiful beachfront condo, the beds are super comfortable and the kids absolutely loved the bunk room!!! Being able to watch the kids swim in the pool with the Gulf of Mexico in the background was amazing. Pool and private beach access was right outside the door. Perfect location. We will definitely be back!!!

360 Blue is the best! We have used 360 Blue for over a decade and they always provide the best service and gorgeous homes. This trip was not exception when we stayed at SARAYU. If you want an oceanfront luxury home with the BEST views, SARAYU is for you. Thank you, 360 Blue!

Roaches in family bathroom Roaches in family bathroom, upstairs unit stopped heating due to stopped up drain line, refrigerator would not cool food, freezer would not freeze, water dispenser did not work, no ice either. Microwave arcing when heating food. Convection setting would not heat oven. Hardwood floors so filthy that if you walked barefoot your feet were black. The expense is not worth the stay. You pay high dollar for roaches and unmaintenanced homes in a over priced community. Will never stay in this area again.
