GBVery clean and safe environment Very clean and safe environment. Would recommend because overall experience was great. The only thing that was disappointing was the elevator went down twice and caused wait time. But again overall stay was excellent.

GBSteve Schuldt and Pinnacle were great … Steve Schuldt and Pinnacle were great to deal with. I reached out to him on a Thursday and moved in to my apartment the following Monday. The price advertised was the price I paid, no hidden fees and no surprises. Steve was also very accommodating when I had a last-minute lease extension request. Highly recommend Steve Schuldt and Pinnacle.

GB73 E - great location for Chicago 73 E. Lake is in an excellent location for what I'm looking for..walkable distance to restaurants, River Walk, Art Institute , theaters and other activities. The apartment is modern and new and well maintained. I like the workout facility and the rooftop city views. It's a mostly young crowd here and are friendly.
