The team at Carolina Cabins Rentals was… The team at Carolina Cabins Rentals was very responsive and helpful. Everything was handled easily online and we received confirmation immediately along with a follow up call to see if we had any questions or needed anything. We later added a day and got a call back right away with a positive response and updated paperwork. Check in remotely was easy and use of the app for directions and door entry was nice. We would definitely go through them again not to mention our cabin was spectacular.

Grandfathered Inn was perfect for a large group. Grandfathered Inn was beautifully appointed and furnished with almost everything one would need. The rooms were spacious and the layout of the house was perfect for a large group. Wish there had been a fire pit or outdoor fireplace instead of a hot tub! Thank you for sharing this beautiful mountain house with our family!

Proceed with caution with this company Proceed with caution with this company. We rented a home on Eagles Nest for 30 days. We spent over $14K. On day two we noticed the A/C was not cooling well. We reported it and they sent a "handy many" to check it out, not a certified tech. The said it was fixed. 5 more visits later and being told we are the problem not the A/C, they finally sent someone with the proper testing equipment and found a freon leak. The maintenance guy apoloigized for not havin the proper equipment on the other visits. Carolina Cabin Rentals did not apologize. There were no sceens on the windows so when we opened them to cool off at night, misqiotos and moths were landing on our faces in bed. We were unfomfortable for 3 out of our 4 weeks due to gross neglagence. The worst! We asked for a discount and they did not respond. Also, we got there and found the Ice maker was not working. Thier response 10 days later was to change the water filter. Seriously! Of coure we never had an ice maker, so they had to keep bringing us ice. This company ruined our vacation. Next season we will be sure to use another company for our 30 day rental.

Not as great as website photos may lead you to believe As others mentioned, it is difficult to communicate with the office due to so many diff staff you may get. Some are very rude & condescending. The cabin furnishings & design are top notch but you need to know that the shower pressure & hot water volume is poor; drinking water from tap is terrible; strong smell of gas each morning after we cooked breakfast & showered. So much so that we became nauseous. We have stayed at other cabin & vacation home agencies before and we won't be returning to this one.

Kick App View Lives Up to Name Kick App View is a lovely and well appointed home with everything one needs to enjoy a great vacation! The view of Grandfather Mountain from the deck is so beautiful; providing the perfect spot for relaxing with friends and family. The site is private, yet provides easy access to a variety of activities and delicious dining in both directions from Seven Devils. The lower level hot tub, foosball table, and separate living area allow groups to have several things going on at one time. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there!
