Renting our vacation home through Five… Renting our vacation home through Five Star Properties was seemless. The home was just as described. We ran into one problem with the pool heat not working but after notifying Five Star it was resolved. Another thing the furniture in the main living area needs replaced but that had no affect on our vacation. We would definitely book again.

Worst service ever Worst service ever! If you have any issues with your rental they will absolutely put you off every single day until you finally depart! I will never rent through them again! That’s not to mention that the house we rented from them had so much water damage. It was like walking in a Funhouse. Terrible rental and terrible service! Don’t waste your hard earned money!

We loved our stay at the Biarritz… We loved our stay at the Biarritz Vacation home in Destin, Florida. Beautiful Miramar Beach was across the street with unrestricted views from the back of the house. Every amenity was at our finger tips from wonderful beach service with private beach access to a gourmet kitchen to beautiful bedrooms with luxury bedding! First class all the way! Thank you so much!

Great location! The property is beautiful and very clean, however, there were quite a few issues during our stay. Backyard needs maintenance, specifically getting all the weeds out, they were everywhere! Lights on palm trees do not work, outdoor grill vent was broken, our oven/stove had to be shut off because oven kept turning on by itself several times during the day and night. Also, AC went out on the third floor. Our master door lock didn’t lock.

The property exceeded our expectations The property exceeded our expectations, allowing the whole extended family to spend time together as well as having quiet time in the evenings with our immediate family. The chefs kitchen is topnotch! Swimming in the morning and relaxing in the the evenings definitely made it hard to go home. We will be requesting this property in the near future for sure. Thank you 5⭐️!
