Honestly I had some really great… Honestly I had some really great customer service from beginning to end — I def. recommend using Airpads since they accommodated me a great room at the MGM. I forgot the name of the guy who helped us but regardless a great experience.

Bad I don 't recommend Airpads. Bad , I was charged 150 u$s as "deposit" but they were not payed back at the momento of check out. I don't recommend Airpads. Bad treatment of employees. AI repeat I don't recommend Airpads. I am expecting still for the comunication january 2019!

Great customer service. We were at Signature airpads for 10 days. The customer service we received was very good. It was clearly explained what was included in our price and what we had to pay extra for. On our last day we had issues with our transport provider. We received exceptional service from Will at Tower 1. Awesome guy.
