We had an amazing time at the cabin We had an amazing time at the cabin! Went for a quick romantic getaway and enjoyed every minute. The hot tub was even nice in the summer because the tree cover kept it cool on the porches. Loved the record player, we never even turned on the TV. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the cooking utensils could use updating. We grilled out the whole weekend and had to improvise a little. But we will definitely plan to come back for another stay!

This is truly a hidden gem in the… This is truly a hidden gem in the mountains. Great location and great amenities with plenty of room for a family of 6. It was a little confusing on how to turn on the hot tub and the lights leading down to the pavilion, but we were able to get answers on this quickly from the management company staff. They checked in to make sure we were having an enjoyable stay and provided great service while we were there. If we go back to visit Helen, GA, we know where we will be staying!

The place just needs TLC The carpet smell the walkway going up what's broken words the floors inside of the house felt very wet one of the tub was not wash or clean and you got to go up on a steep hill to get to your place that's not good for cars.the place needs a fresh paint and carpet shampoo tks

We loved our time at the Luxury Mtn… We loved our time at the Luxury Mtn Chalet.... Our family will always cherish our time together there...the view is beautiful from the back balcony.... Plenty of room...nice open kitchen....Easy check in and check out....

When we first arrived When we first arrived, we called the office to report that the tank for the gas grill was low (huge tank 30+ feet from the cabin). Within 10-15 minutes, a truck arrived and put 85 gallons of gallons of fuel into the tank. Great customer service! Cabin was clean, we enjoyed the view, and enjoyed ourselves. My son enjoyed the smores at the fire pit. The hot tub was relaxing Overall, 5 stars for sure.
