We had an amazing time at the cabin We had an amazing time at the cabin! Went for a quick romantic getaway and enjoyed every minute. The hot tub was even nice in the summer because the tree cover kept it cool on the porches. Loved the record player, we never even turned on the TV. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the cooking utensils could use updating. We grilled out the whole weekend and had to improvise a little. But we will definitely plan to come back for another stay!

I booked a trip over the phone 7 months… I booked a trip over the phone 7 months in advance and decided to cancel once I realized our group was too large for the property. I paid a $500 holding fee over the phone and was not told anything about it being non-refundable. They sent a rental contract in an email after I booked, stating that holding fee was non refundable, but I didn’t open it until after 48 hours of booking so I didn’t know. Additionally, the rental agreement said the holding fee was $250, not $500. The agreement has a cancellation claus with line to sign and accept the terms, I didn’t sign yet they still think it’s legal to keep my $500. After canceling, 6 days after booking and almost 7 months in advance of the reservation, they will not give me my $500 holding fee back. Amber, the office manager said they have contracts in place for this reason so they would not issue a refund. I said I didn’t sign the contract but she said the decision was final. I don’t feel this is an honest company at all and I wouldn’t book with them.

The place just needs TLC The carpet smell the walkway going up what's broken words the floors inside of the house felt very wet one of the tub was not wash or clean and you got to go up on a steep hill to get to your place that's not good for cars.the place needs a fresh paint and carpet shampoo tks

Had a fantastic time Had a fantastic time. This was my first experience with a VRBO-Rental. Actually rented two Cabins. One on the first part of my trip to Georgia. Traveled to Florida, then returned and rented another! My son and new baby live in Georgia; he only has the weekends off, so it was perfect to make a trip around 2 weekends and 2 great cabin rentals. Everyone was very helpful and view out the windows was fantastic.
