Working with123suncuba.com Working with 123suncuba.com was top notch,Marco in the NY office easily came up with a trip that worked for my needs. Once Cuba all the representatives tour , guides, drivers , and fan static team . Were knowledgeable, spoke English, perfectly and just a joy to be around. At a time when traveling to Cuba was questionable for Americans , 123suncuba.com made sure we were comfortable before and during our trip . They checked in with us several times during our stay making sure we felt safe.They went above and beyond.

Not legit I discovered that the address i had booked didn't exist, and there was no way for me to reach 123suncuba, as their phone numbers are fake. Bad experience, stay away.

Very good service customers and team We were very happy with the service given. We asked for some arrangements to be made at the last minute and the agent tried very hard to help us, suggesting an alternative when there was no availability. Bookings were all handled for us and an agent met us to make sure it all worked smoothly. English speaking agents also helped a lot.
