If it wasn't from this site then I believe would have ended up paying Higher than the actual Cost, found the same property on Multiple websites for a much higher price. Was able to save a couple of extra Dollars (nothing changed neways, but even a penny or two) still counts. Thank you guys. Keep up the high spirits, kudos
