GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. We had arranged to pick up both sets of keys for two rentals; when we got there they refused to honor the agreement. When I called (my sister tried to get the keys but I had made the arrangements) they said they would look into it and call me back.... never heard from anyone. The directions they gave us were wrong and the door code didn’t work. Horrible customer service!!!

GBStayed there last year it was great but not this year not Acceptable Stayed there last year it was great, this year was not. Place was not clean, floors were dirty, bedding was not clean blood on sheets, scum in bathtub, blinds falling down, TVs didn’t work, and other issues. Was told maintenance would contact me but they never did. Would not stay there again. I’m sure the owners of this condo would like to know this place is not being taken care of. Not Acceptable. The condo was 2-Ocean Place Amelia Island.

GBI cancelled a reservation and was… I cancelled a reservation and was allowed to move the reservation to another date. When I rescheduled I had to sign a new contract. I ended up needing to cancel a second time for health reasons, well within the cancellation time of the NEW signed contract. Initially a credit was issued to me minus the 10%. I had no problem with this since it was stated within the contract. I received an email showing the amount of credit to expect. The next day Marcie ( I believe was her name) called and said no credit would be allowed but I could use the money I had paid then before the end of 2021. Because I went to the CC company trying to get my money back she was mad and decided that I would not be allowed to use the credit or reschedule as I had originally been told. This company is now stealing almost $1500 from me. I have emails and paperwork backing all this up. So BEWARE!!

GBTerrible experience with everything… Terrible experience with everything from the property we rented to the rental company the the condo that we rented that turned out to be a old unit that needed a total rehab. Coffee maker and no coffee. No chair or table in the unit. TV didn't work. Sandcastles I thought was supposed to be a great resort. We paid up front for 3 night and moved out the after 1 night and they would not refund a penny. A Motel 6 would be far nicer. BEWARE
