PANOT AN ENJOYABLE STAY I wanted to let you know that when we arrived last night we did find the house in better condition related with cleaning issues. But the problem with the cable company was not fixed at all. It’s impossible to seat down and watch tv. I sent an attachment with 3 photos of the problem with the time when where taken to show yoy that the problem was never fixed. we spent 1 night with terrible sheets in Two of the rooms and they came to change the bed sheets at 9:30 pm the next night. We found Kids toys in three of the rooms and 2 dirty towels. ( this was never cleaned by you) i told them about the cable issues not being able to watch tv and it was never fixed. If you would had told me from the beginning that I Was not going to be able to watch TV In any room of the house i would have stayed somewhere else. we really had a terrible experience. i had stayed with you 3 times before this one and i never had this kind of probblems before. i spent 2 days on the phone tryng to make everythig better.they came to see the house and they apologized but they fixed one thing but not the other 3. the pool was dirty, the second day i told them and was never cleaned. Thanks for the refund of $177.08 but absolutely doesn’t justify what we went through. It is with Absurd to think that amount it’s going to make our stay better. i definitly wont be stayng at encore resort again.

GBScary but Great I love my experience but I found bed bugs. They handled it quickly. They gave me a nights refund but I think they should have added something else to this for pain and suffering.

GBNever again I don’t even know where to start, let’s say that I was a good client, we used Encore villas at least 6 different times.. the last time is my last ever at this resort Whatever problems that I encountered from small to big wasn’t answered, there’s no one to talk to, the manager was so impolite and tried to shut my mouth with a small basket of candies. Like giving a child a lollipop to shut up. I tried to contact someone above- no success. If you have a problem talk to the moon because no one is there to help only to take your money.

GBGreat location Great location, nice accommodations. We have rented at Encore 5 times. One issue that causes us anxiety every time is pool heat. We are happy to pay for pool heat. But, as we have zero access to the temperature settings, the pool is often too cold to swim in.

GBThis was our repeat stay This was our repeat stay. While first year was awesome, the property and service wasn't same this time around. The house looked like any other property in the area, run down, cheap furniture etc. We had asked for Pool and Grill at the time of booking. The pool never came on and grill had no propane tank, no utensils. Most likely will not go there again.
