When I called to complain, the manager finally called back to say it will remain there and be used occasionally. There was no notice no heads up. And the attitude was too bad for you. 900 plus a month to live next to an improptu volleyball game.

CAUTION Cove acquired a community in Fort Myers. Raised the lot rent $417 a month and then added property taxes, Xfinity, etc that was included in the lot rent for the past 20 years. was turned down due to supposively my… was turned down due to supposively my rental application . I was going to buy the trailer out right in Sun Valley park . I gave them 3 months of proof income. I had proof could afford lot rent. wanted to buy trailer out rigtht. Dont go to Sun valley park in palm Harbor fl.who is run by cove communities. they couldnt tell me anything the credit was by a third party who they claim dont know who they are. what away to run a business. like a person said they are not the only park. So true.
