This company is a TOTAL SCAM AND… This company is a TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD!!!!! They promise you a return but instead take your money up front and you never hear from them again. Try to call them after a signed contract and they will put you on hold for 60-90 seconds, then come back on and say all of their reps are busy and they will call you back. I called every 3 days for 3 weeks and was told the exact same story. I turned this company in to my local FRAUD authorities and the Attorney General.

No customer service from this company I signed up for the program in October 2021 with lots of promises. I had one call about a possible rental, but when I called to book the week, there was nothing available at the chosen location, and that was the last I heard from this company. I've tried to reach them numerous times by phone - have left my name and number - and by email with no response. I feel like I was taken for a ride by a smooth talking sales person.

He told me it was 100% guaranteed! I got several emailed offers but none of the dates or times would ever work. About a month ago I started calling and emailing and they would not respond. I can never reach the sales person I originally talked to, Daniel, either. I got an answering service last week but they didn’t ever connect me to anyone.
