HOWEVER, I am please to state that upon re-engaging with them, their performance and execution is much improved. Additionally their communication has approved. I find them waiting on me, instead of me waiting on them! :) I would recommend Meru Accounting on several levels: 1. Value (quality for the money) 2. Knowledge & Skills (in other words accuracy 3. Willingness to improve and grow (this is big for me and why I gave them another chance) 4. Quality of communication. They are willing to engage in conversation to not only ensure the data is correct but also to ensure me as the client understands and is comfortable/agrees with the results.

Beware for complex inventory management… Beware for complex inventory management and high level e commerce accounting look else where you would be wasting your time and money. They will bill you excessively for their junior book keepers you won't be saving anymore money. not worth the headache.

Frees you to do what you do best! The folks at Meru Accounting are great at what they do and charge a fair price for it. I’ve used them to keep my books up to date for my Amazon FBA business, and it’s a great help to be able to focus on what I’m good at as opposed to what I know little about (accounting!). They’re also extremely proactive about nudging me to deliver the statements and other information they need to do their job well, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend them to other e-commerce sellers looking to outsource the management of their books.
