Jasper is by far the best customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to I had a very complicated scheduling issue with a co-issued flight with United and ANA. Jasper went above and beyond and helped explain the issue to me and helped me coordinate a chat with United to get the issue fixed. He was very patient and kind and knowledgeable about the process. I am so grateful for his expertise and helping me resolve this issue so that I can have this very special trip with my family to Thailand. Jasper truly cares about the customer and his dedication is truly remarkable. I am so grateful for all of his help.

I was very very silly and booked my… I was very very silly and booked my flights for the wrong departure city - and noticed less than 48 hours before takeoff. Jasper answered my call and was not only helpful but very understanding of my situation. He helped me to cancel the mistake flights and book new ones (through a different airline that I would not otherwise used) and ended up saving me anywhere from $400-$1000. I am very thankful for jasper!! He took the time to listen to my predicament and walk me through the options I had.
