Great team! The team was very responsive and helpful in getting a transfer for my clients booked. I had a few questions, and they made it an easy process!

Great Communication! We have not actually used Driver In Rome for touring Rome yet as we won’t be there until October of 2024. However, I can say that they are very responsive to inquiries and it was very easy to book a driver for our private group. Communication has been great! We are looking forward to our visit in Rome and I will be able to update my review once we’ve been there.

Fabulous guides, overall great experience Excellent customer service; the guides were fantastic - Ana at the Vatican was fabulous, very knowledgeable, and made us feel so comfortable; Alessandro, our full day tour guide was so much fun, made us laugh, taught us about Rome, took us to delicious lunch place, and gave us the best day of our entire Italy trip! The prices are a little high, and there was some confusion of what exactly our days would be like. Overall, great company, we would use again and highly recommend.

Excellent customer service Jobert answered all my questions and arranged our transfer and customized our tour to our specifications with no trouble, being careful to consider all options and checking with our driver. We were sent a confirmation of all details and I am very pleased with our booking experience
