Great agents, no disappointments or surprises. My wife and I have been Online Vacation clients for over ten years, during which we have booked over 30 cruises, and have never been disappointed with any of the arrangements we have booked through them. There have been several agents that have taken good care of us in that time, and our current agent, Kristina Pham has been absolutely wonderful in every way. Online is our only choice whenever we decide to book.

so good to be heard! I have dealt with a particular rep from Online Vacation Center on several instances/vacations. She has been extremely helpful and wonderful to talk to. I have had several conversations with other reps from other companies and they do not hold a candle to Karina!

Booking was fine Docking was NOT GOOD LOCATION Booking was fine. Cabin was fine. Docking at far away docks from the cities we visited was NOT FINE. Other cruises were there and docked much closer to cities. We wasted tooooo much time getting into the cities to visit.
