But I am very dissatisfied with skylux for not persuading British airways to give us the credit instead of paying more & more to fix new itenery. Looks like other airlines accommodate travelers to get the credit to use for future when things look stable to purchase new ticket. Thank you so much if you can reply me regarding my issue. Thx.

GBOutstanding Service by Connor G. We used Skylux for the first time and had a tremendous experience! Connor G. was phenomenally patient and detail-oriented with multiple tips throughout the whole process. We booked our trip to India from Boston on Qatar and got better deals than the airline was giving us online on their website. Connor patiently helped with our bookings and even got us assigned seats and had our trip change fees waived. For our return leg we ended having to make date changes and again Connor patiently helped us navigate that process and helped secure our flight changes promptly. He even followed up after our return flights were completed to check and get feedback from us! All in all we had a very nice experience and received top-notch service all throughout our travel.
