Kevin Catani, an expert with patience! Kevin, you’re the best! I have done a lot of traveling and always booked my own flights but this time I was looking for a less expensive business class ticket to Europe. From somewhere I got in contact with TBC and Kevin Catani. I have never been presented with such a variety of flights and Kevin has been so helpful and patient that after three days (poor Kevin) I finally came to a decision and now I am looking forward to a great vacation in Europe. I commend Stacey for her persistence I commend Stacey for her persistence, persuasion and planning my trip to India. She was extremely patient in crunching the numbers for me (I am leaving at a peak time) and coordinating the dates. Each time I she gave me the dates I would request her for another set of dates. This happened almost four to five times and I never heard any sign of exasperation or irritation on her part. Even after I told her I may go with someone else she did not give up on me. That "someone" else turned out to be a flake anyway. Good Job Stacey. You have represented TBC very well and have done them proud!! We will definitely be in touch for any future travel needs.
