Good communication I was very skeptical of the process. I had a lot of alarm bells going off as it is rarely a good idea to share password details to any account, especially one linked to your credit card! However, the communication was clear, prompt and they were very responsive to my emails. I was fully in the loop about what would happen and when and they made payment promptly after the transaction was done. I would definitely use them again.

I had a few queries answered by e-mail beforehand and then had a few things confirmed by phone when Michelle called me to finalise the offer. Nothing but a professional and friendly service. I highly recommend! I'm just waiting for PayPal to release the funds (note: that's if you're a new seller or haven't sold for a while, like I am; it's not in The Miles Market's control, it's to protect the buyer).
