Phantastic, best city card ever bought Easy to order and to activate. All attractions and activities we wanted to use were included. Travelling with train, metro and busses in a very large area was included as well. The linked app is also very complete. During our 72 hour trip, we didn't need to buy any other ticket and the price of CPH card was very interesting...

Good value We purchased the 96 hour card, which was perfect for our stay. It was easy to download the app and there were clear instructions on how to activate and use the card. Travel was hassle free and we made good use of the metro every day. We were fortunate to be staying near the water taxi stop and enjoyed the trip across to the street food market. The card also enabled us to catch the train to Roskilde and gain entry to the Viking Museum. The card gives you access to all the main tourist attractions and certainly covered all the sights we wanted to see. It also encouraged us to visit some attractions that we might not have done, had we had to pay for them. We all agreed it was money very well spent and would thoroughly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay With a single card, we had access to all public transport not only within the city of Copenhagen, but also to go to Frederiksborg, Kronborg and Roskilde, without having to pay anything else. Access to various tourist attractions, without having to buy each ticket. It made things a lot easier and generated good savings.

it's just great to have free access to… it's just great to have free access to public transportation and to so many museums and sights. But now i have an unsolved problem: i bought the card twice, but of course activated just one. in the meantime you refunded me the second one (the one not activated) - but unfortunatedly twice as well (once on the 21st, once on the 23rd of april). One of these refunds is now "hanging / blocked" in my bank-account. Can you solve this problem? can you sort of "undo" the second refund? i'd appreciate you contacting me concerning this wrong/double transaction.

Easy to use and a great value The Copenhagen Card made our visit so easy. It includes all of the main museums, attractions, transport, etc. that you could possibly need. I was even surprised to find that it would get you the transport and ticket to Frederiksborg castle, which I think is a must-see. The app that you use is easy to navigate and makes using transportation or getting into the museums/attractions seamless. If you do the top museums and a few big attractions (the boat tour, Tivoli), than you will get more out of it than the cost.
