The customer service representative, SAM, was sooooo courteous, professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help me get the best possible airfare and would not end our conversation until he was sure I was happy and satisfied. I was definitely happy with the end result and appreciate all of his efforts. I’m glad I found this site and highly recommend it!

Satisfied Customer Leo went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with my booking after the airline stated that the prices had gone up and could not confirm my initial booking. He completed my booking with the the new airline rates and assured me that I'd be refunded the difference. Once I had received the refund, Max called to follow up to ensure that I had received it. I don't normally purchase airfare tickets via 3rd party agents, but this was a pleasant experience despite the initial hiccup.

Customer service is great I booked a flight 2 monthes ago. Unfortunately because of the vehicle accident, i have to do the surgery and I cannot make the Date that I fly.
