A money saving call! Upon a recommendation from our travel agent, I contacted Kausha regarding airfare for an upcoming trip. She not only found us a great schedule, she saved us just under $3,000 on our 1st class fare! She was professional and courteous, responding when she said she would and answering all my questions. We have another trip coming up in the fall and I will most certainly reach out to her again.

Why I will use Cook Travel again … The original response was prompt and exactly what i was looking for. Even though it took a week to get agreement from both clients, Fabrizio was patient and came through with another great quote which we sold immediately. He was thorough in letting me know exactly what information was needed for ticketing. The final items which impressed me was that he made sure he had the correct address for the commission check and when I asked about the procedure for seat assignments, he already had it done!!
