Hesitant customer… Jeff Stein was personable and professional. He took care of my questions and made the arrangements as requested. I checked at the American Airline ticket counter after the tickets had been issued, they confirmed the tickets were legitimate. I’ll find out in June (travel dates) if everything goes as expected.

I've tried using your company before I've tried using your company before, and quite frankly, felt it was a scam. All these representations about how much you would save me on business class seats, and yet when I looked, I could get the same price, and if some cases a better price on Orbitz. This time. Jeff was terrific! Jeff stayed with me through many adjustments to my schedule, always calling back when he promised. I saved about $2000 on my round trip flight to Tokyo, but had to get myself to Vancouver BC, which cost me some airline miles. Their travel insurance was expensive, so I found my own on Squaremouth.com for less than 10% of the cost of the flight.
