I’m convinced I was scammed. The representatives I talked with were polite enough, but I am convinced I was scammed. I have reported this experience. My call to Delta Airlines was intercepted by Infinity Travel. 🤷‍♀️ M. as much admitted that this happened. I’m also convinced that I paid WAY more for my tickets than if I’d actually reached Delta. BTW, my trip was booked with American Airlines by S. A. instead of with Delta. That should have been my clue to not continue the transaction. Additionally, M. was quite insistent about opening this review while he still had me on the phone when I called to inquire about some flight changes. It’s becoming more and more difficult to recognize scams immediately.
