Unforgettable Trip to Spain I was a little hesitant to use a service like kimkim to plan our trip to Spain. I would usually spend months planning a trip like this (picking the right hotels, figuring out how to get to places & finding the right activities). Right from the start, kimkim put me in touch with Luis from Hidden in Spain. Based on our input, he designed a trip for us that took us to a number of memorable places so that we really saw Spain. We learned about the history, the people & saw such beautiful scenery. Everything was arranged perfectly, from the hotels to the transportation to a mix of private & group tours. Overall, it was a memorable trip that we all enjoyed.

Esteban, thanks for taking us to Lake Atitlan and spending part of Semana Santa with us away from your family. We will never forget the Mayan Good Friday processions we saw on the way to Antigua.. and of course sharing your hometown with us! Much appreciation. We wish we could stay another week. Guatemala is one of the most beautiful places we have traveled, the history, nature and people are special.

Moonika was able to create a plan quickly and after a couple of revisions we had our ideal travel plan and activities. She checked in with us when action was needed and for important reminders. Organization, communication and use of platform all worked very smoothly. We highly recommend Kimkim to those who have no time scrolling the internet to organize their trip. The activities planned where a delight!

Knowledgeble and considerate The personalized trip was perfect for our family. The local expert made sure that all our whished, needs and requirements were taking into account when designing our day plan, from places to visit/things to do to the accommodations and transport. The personalized plan had room for flexibility as well, so we could change things pending on the weather and how we were feeling/or needs at that time. The guides we had were very knowledgeable, kind and considered. The drivers had amazing skills and were very helpful as well. We had an amazing time and we one of the best experiences of our life thanks to kimkim.
