Dealing with Melissa our travel agent. Very slow to respond or non responsive. She has good suggestions, but once your trip is booked to expect to get questions answered in a timely manner. Don't expect to get your full itinerary until a few days before departure. Her communication skills are maddening! She has great suggestions for a trip, but follow though is not good.
