Since that trip I have upgraded to the paid membership to see how extensive the offers are, let's say I am not disappointed. I am retiring in 2025 and can't wait to explore the world knowing it is more affordable with great deals from going.com What sealed the deal is that I have had communication with customer service via email and they were quick to respond with great follow up.

GBSerious lack of customer service- FIXED! Had an issue understanding the membership and cancelled (or thought I did) through the app. I emailed the company and initially only received an automated response. I finally got a response and they settled the matter immediately.
