GBI appreciate Denzel's wonderful service I appreciate Denzel's wonderful service. I am a Chinese aged woman. My English listening skill is not good enough. Denzel is very patient. He answered all my questions. He also sent me details about how to find my credit that is given by American airline. Because I can not understand Denzel's talking completely, I always asked him to repeat what he had said. At last he asked me to talk with him via "chat".That is a very good idea. My reading skill is much better than listening skill. So, finally we can communicate successfully. GBTransparency and integrity of the… Transparency and integrity of the company is questionable. The first booking price, was the advertising price then you learnt that you have other charges for bags etc, when they charge for the bag not including it n the final ticket again, i had to keep calling to have it corrected. This is just bad business ethics. Making profit this way is bad customer service.
