ITExcellent option to visit the city According to our experience, I was travelling with my girlfriend and we are 35, was the best choice possible. With this ticket we had access to several site which can occupy up to 2 days fully visiting the attractions. I've also purchased a guided tour with app speaking in Italian. Really interesting and full of information. Definitely the best solution possible to visit the city

GBNo refund for mistake booking 5min ago I booked a train ticket by mistake on the wrong direction. 5 min after paying I realised my mistake. Call costumer service and was denied refund or exchange of ticket because of policy. I am amazed how a company like this has such low ethics when dealing with their costumers. It as literally 5 min and a genuine mistake. Well done Headout.

ESShocking service, no help, worst experience Offered tickets to Sagrada Familiar on three occassions via the Web each time, offer recinded after completing all details. When rang service help on 7 different times, the call ends after 5 mins or so. Other times suggesting ring back, they never ring back. Most frustrating experience, when in Barcelkna for 6 days. The website said 4 tickets available on multiple attempts to book, only to be denied after entering all details. Next booking, again 4 tickets available, yet did not allocate once all details entered. Worst service I have experienced. Mark from Australia
