They made it right I booked a flight for me and my son. I was told the e-tickets would come by email within an hour. That didn't happen until I called back 3 times. But I got a follow up call and got help with my seat assignments that were not showing up on the airline's site. I appreciated the service.

We didn't see our son in more then 6 months and were so much looking forward to this trip to LA! But my mother took a fall and I had to stay with her! Even though my request and unfortunately inability to travel due my 93 years old mom fall, came less than 24 hours before departure - he did his best and got a partial refund for me!
