I made a booking for grand resort in las vegas and the company was very process oriented and sent me confirmation within five minutes post payment and the booking was confirmed when I called the hotel though that was not needed. Nice company.

This is a scam site This is a scam site. They manipulate google search results to phish people into believing they are booking thru booking.com or other travel agencies. They even send you confirmation that pretends to be from booking.com. I paid for a room upgrade thinking i called booking.com. When i went to the hotel in Italy they had no record of the room upgrade. I was stuck with two rooms without a family room upgrade (with two toddlers). I called travelouts.com. They will give you some type of excuse (room upgrade is not guaranteed, we will refund the money within 7-10 business days, etc.).
