I anticipate getting further info as I get closer to the date and hoping the process is easy when I arrive and need the shuttle to the airport.

Exceptional Service… The attendant at the gate was very polite. No time was wasted when we entered the lot because the driver that would take us to the airport was right there to assist us. Once we returned from our trip, your vehicle was waiting at the airport and dropped us off right at our car. We didn’t know which lane to exit the lot because it was paid for in advance; however, the gentleman on duty directed us to go by the window clerk. Again, the drivers and attendants were extremely nice. We like your system!

Wasn't always sure about the payment Wasn't always sure about the payment. First, I saw pay in full now, when I was making the reservation. Then it said I could only make a deposit and pay the balance in cash at the parking garage.

Highly recommend booking your parking this way! From booking, to finding the hotel (across the street from the airport) to dropping off our car and getting the shuttle over to the airport was so easy! Highly recommend doing this.
