Scam to raise ticket price! Made a flight reservation for $533 which was confirmed. Two weeks later I got an email telling me my credit card was declined. I called and after an hour and a half wait I discovered that one number was off in the card number. Customer service representative said they had called and left a voicemail—no voicemail! But they clearly had my email address that they waited 2 weeks to use. I could book a different flight for nearly $800 or I could get the same flight I had booked for $1009! Sounds like a scam to get more money for a cheap ticket to me! Be careful of this company!!

Stanley was great in solving concerns… Stanley was great in solving concerns and difficulties. He worked very hard to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. I would use the service again just because of Stmtankey.

No wonder Flymatrix is the best agency No wonder Flymatrix is the best agency to book your travel with dedicated agent to assist with all my travel requirements. The agents are helpful I have booked my travel with my family to Hawaii and had some issues at last moments but the agent helped me out and everything Went smooth. Great experience 👏👏👏👏

After a fiasco of hours on the phone After a fiasco of hours on the phone prior to the trip because I had counted my 2 year old as a lap baby…they changed our flight time completely, etc. to fix it. We had a total of 4 planes for our trip, and 2 layovers. When we went to check in the first flight we were told (not very nicely) that our 2 month old lap baby was not on anything on their side. So even though I had put all our information on our end, it was never communicated to the actual airlines. EVERY SINGLE PLANE it was a fiasco at boarding of waiting for them to fix it and RUNNING to make it on the plane. We also had to double pay for baggage even though we had already done that. Another customer on the flight mentioned they had to double pay as well and they used flymatrix. So not sure on that who is to blame.
